Beautiful 12-Acre Parcel with 558' Frontage on Highway 5 in Barriere. This residential zoned property offers unlimited potential. Not only is it a great little farm, but it also serves as a perfect holding property with numerous future options. The land is fully fenced and cross-fenced, featuring multiple outbuildings including a barn, a three-stall carport, pens, and a shop. Connected to town water and boasting full irrigation rights on the North Thompson River, this property is well-equipped for various uses. The charming, older three-bedroom, 1.5-bath character home has undergone several recent upgrades, including new metal roofs on the barn and shop, as well as updated plumbing, heating and electrical systems. Located just minutes from all town amenities and only 45 minutes from Kamloops, this property combines convenience with rural charm.

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
