I moved to Princeton from the Fraser Valley years ago and I love it!! Here are my three reason WHY I believe in Princeton . 

#1 The people are fantastic, this is found in the friendly waves and smiles from a passer by. This is noted in the authentic connections you can find in a simple greeting or transaction at the store and this is felt in trust and security that has been displayed.

#2 The environment!! Dry in the best kind of way, solid grey days above when are friends to the west are surrounded in rain. Snowy winters, with the light stuff making it so much easier to shovel and a dry heat in the summer that cools to reset over night. 

#3 The growth and change in the years since I first arrived. When I started with BC Ambulance the hospital closed the doors to Emergency department at 12. Not long after the population started to grow and the demand was required for 24 hour care they are now open 24 hours a day. I am so impressed with the hospital care our small town provides and when in need the newly renovated and improved Penticton Hospital is near by for further diagnostics and treatment. The change in the population has been an inspiring experience, with like minded followers relocating from the lower mainland to the Similkameen Valley, I am thrilled.  Gradually we are seeing new builds with a demand for more, I look forward to seeing the continuing change and growth in our community in the future ahead.
