Rare bright and open great room concept 2bdr and 2bath unit at sought after Shaughnessy Green in central Kelowna BC. Featuring a large kitchen and spacious dining and living room, this corner unit backs onto green space and catches the morning sun. Which you can enjoy from your large enclosed patio; perfect for your treadmill or Peloton and with plenty of space for storage and still room to kick back and read the classics. In some ways this feels more like a home than a condo, as the bedrooms are separate from the living space and the entrance is welcoming. The laundry room has plenty of extra space for storage. The unit comes with a dedicated parking space, a storage unit, and a bit more storage in the wood working area. The facility has a club house offering social get togethers; a pool table; shuffle board to entertain the grand kids; a guest suite and more. Call your agent today to book a showing.

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
