Cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with huge garage and on just about an acre of gently sloping, partially treed land. If you're looking to get away from the busyness of town, come check out this lovely de-registered double wide mobile home on cement block foundation. It has an easy living layout: starting on the 1st level with a large family room, functional mudroom, a full bathroom, a sizeable laundry and storage area, then a couple steps up takes you to the open living area of the kitchen, dining room & living room and then just down the hall is another full bathroom and 3 bedrooms. The attached garage is awesome for the mechanic, woodworker or maybe just to store all the toys you will need to enjoy the many outdoor activities that are just minutes from your door. There is tons of room in the yard for gardens, a fire pit, a trampoline or maybe a pool...lots of possibilities when you have this much space around you! Come view this great North Okanagan property today!

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
