Steps away from Okanagan Beach, and minutes away from downtown amenities including restaurants, craft breweries, and the Farmer’s Market, the Lakeview Terraces building is one of Penticton’s most prime locations. This spectacular penthouse condo boasts a bright, open living area, emphasized by soaring lofted ceilings with brilliant 20-foot windows overlooking the lake, mountains, and vineyards. Sitting in the morning sun enjoying a coffee and taking in the changing colours of the sky under the setting sun are irresistible daily pleasures in this luxurious setting. Recent renovations to the kitchen and flooring, including updated premium appliances, double ovens and dishwashers, Miele coffeemaker, and wine fridge make this an ideal home for entertaining. The second-floor master suite adds a serene getaway with its private balcony, lake views, and beautifully updated ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms on the main level act as additional suites, offering ample space and privacy, making the condo feel much more like a complete home. All measurements are approximate, and strata fees also cover heating and air conditioning.

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
